This offer includes only the following:

• Removal and disposal of existing fixtures and fittings.
• Replaster walls with water resistant plasterboard shower area only.
• Plumbing roughing and bathroom ware fit off. (existing location only)
• Waterproofing to floor area and shower walls only.
• Screed shower base approximately 50mm high with dimensions of up to 900mm x 900mm.
• Supply and installation of tiles up to 24 sqm in total. Tiles supplied are builder range for wall tile up to 19sqm and floor tile up to 5sqm.
• Caulking of all joints.
• Complete Full Clean of the bathroom.
• All insurances that are related to bathroom renovation.

• Shower screen Fixed panel (900 x 1950 x 6mm)
• Toilet Posh Dominique CC Suite
• Base Toilet Holder
• Vanity 600mm White colour
• Mirror 450mm x 600mm
• Mizu 600mm Single Towel Rail
• Square Floor Waste 80x80 or 100x100 chrome
• Door stop in chrome finish
• Painting of ceiling only up to 5 sqm

Supply and installation of the following bathroom ware:

• No modification of the walls or floors are included in the offer.
• No Screeding of other floor(s) are included in the offer.
• No bathtub is included in the offer.
• Price does not include any water damages, or structural repairs.
• Pricing does not include removal of asbestos or other dangerous goods
• 14 business working days Monday to Friday only 7am till 3:30pm, Saturdays can be met with arrangement between SPACE BUILDING personnel and client when achievable.
• Every attempt is made to ensure stock availability of all items. If there are stock shortages, SPACE BUILDING may swap or alter the offer or withdraw any combination.

 Payment Terms

• Client must sign agreement and pay 10% deposit before any works are able to commence.
• 40% to be paid when plumbing roughing are installed at client’s premises/bathroom.
• 40% to be paid after all tiling works has been completed.
• Final payment on the day of completion.
